Systematic Approach to Exceptional Support
The Germantown School District (GSD) is committed to supporting the success of all students through a systematic approach called Response to Intervention (RTI) and specialized programs for advanced learners. RTI focuses on providing high-quality instruction and targeted support to meet the diverse academic and behavioral needs of students. By analyzing multiple data points, our staff identifies areas where students may need extra help and implements interventions to close learning gaps, ensuring every child is prepared for future success. For students with exceptional talents in academics, the arts, leadership, creativity, or intellectual pursuits, we offer personalized programs to help them reach their highest potential while developing essential skills for college, career, and life readiness. Germantown School District ensures every child is prepared to meet their potential and embark on a journey of lifelong success.
