Last night the KMS Band Program had their first evening of Beginning Band Conferences. We met 62 of next year's incoming 6th graders and their families and they're great! We'll be meeting a bunch more tonight and then on Saturday morning, too. Welcome to KMS!

KMS Student Council Reps: We meet TODAY during the 4th-hour block in the GAC. We will follow the same procedure we always do - 7th and 8th graders report to the GAC immediately at 11:40 and 6th graders report after your lunch period. See you there.

Variety Show Auditions begin today! Auditions will be after school TODAY, MONDAY MARCH 7th and TUESDAY MARCH 8th from 2:45 until done in the Chorus Room. Students should leave right after their audition is
over, so please be sure to have a ride available. If you are interested, sign up for an audition spot for one of the days on the sheet outside the Chorus Room. Please see Mrs. Buettner or Ms. Schell with any questions.
Student Council Reps: There will be a teacher appreciation dinner planning meeting during 4 th hour block TODAY! 7th and 8th Grade reps will meet at 11:40 ; 6th Grade reps will meet at 12:15. This meeting will be in the GAC.
BATTLE OF THE BOOKS DATES CHANGED (6TH / 7TH GRADES)
Due to conflicts the 7th Grade Battle of the Books competition will take place on TUESDAY 3/1 during SAS and IDR times and 6th Grade will Battle on Friday 3/4 during their SAS and IDR times in the library - not the GAC as originally planned. Good luck to all teams and competitors!
