How to schedule Parent Teacher Conferences via Skyward
Go to gsdwi.org
1. Select “Skyward” on the upper right side of the screen.
2. Log in using your login ID and password
3. On the left hand side “Home” blue column, click “Conferences”
4. You will see your child’s name, then in blue text “View Scheduled Times / All Conferences”
Click on “All Conferences”
You will then see under Status in blue “Select a Time”
A new window will open with days and times the teacher has available
Click on the time slot you want for the day desired
Click save
Add a note with your preference for an in person or virtual conference
Repeat step 4 for scheduling multiple children
All 3rd-5th graders are invited to participate in the County Line Spelling Bee sponsored by the Scripps National Spelling Bee and our PTA. We will hold practices during lunch recess (11:30-12:00 & 12:30-1:00) on three Wednesdays in November (3, 10, 17) in the 4th/5th grade wing breakout space. Each practice will consist of fun ways to increase vocabulary, improve spelling, and develop correct grammar usage through mini spelling bees (friendly competition!). All spelling levels are encouraged to attend and no experience is necessary! Students are welcome to join any or all practices...no sign up required.
On Wednesday, December 1 during lunch recess the official school Spelling Bee by grade will begin. Then those top students will compete for the School Championship (December 15, 1:30-3:00) in the cafetorium! The School Champion can advance to the Regional, State, and National competitions.
Adult Volunteers Needed: We need judges, pronouncers, and general helpers during practices and the Bee. (Younger siblings welcome and no experience necessary...we will train you!)

We NEED volunteers to help with the popcorn sale on Wednesday mornings. It is a fun committee where you get to meet other parents from County Line and get your exercise as you deliver popcorn throughout the school! Usually, we schedule volunteers every 4-5 weeks (yes, only once a month!) We ask that you arrive at 7:45 am; we are usually done around 11:00 am. Our 4th graders stepped back in time to explore what it would be like to live in Wisconsin during the late 1800’s. We experienced the life of a pioneer and being a student going to a one-room schoolhouse. Stony Hill School was the birthplace of Flag Day.
Spelling Bee practice for any interested 3rd-5th grader is starting soon and we are in need of parent volunteers. No experience required! Help is needed from 11:30-1:00 on November 3, 10, 17, and December 1. A flyer will be coming home soon with more details.
